Beauty requires effort. It takes 2-3 flights of stairs (depending where you enter the building) to arrive at the loft. Good news! No need to drag the heavy upstairs:

> Park 1 car and your gear (bikes, skis, etc) in our garage
Guest accessThere are only 2 units on the top floor and no guest units below so no need to shoosh. Nobody will complain.
